We offer 10’x10′, 10’x15′, 10’x20′, and 10’x30′ storage units with easy drive up access. All units feature a 9′ wide x 8′ tall Roll-Up Doors.
Bos Creek Storage has a total of 140 units.
Bos Creek Storage units are accessible 24 hours a day.
Yes, we have a limited number of Handicap Accessible Storage units. Additionally, all of our units allow easy drive up access.
Our facility was constructed in 2018. Our storage buildings were built using industry-leading steel construction and feature a vapor barrier in the ceiling to help control moisture. Our units feature concrete floors and high quality door latches.
Items that are explosive, flammable, odorous, hazardous, corrosive or perishable are prohibited. Prohibited items include: fireworks, food, propane tanks, chemicals, etc. If you’re unsure whether an item is prohibited, contact Bos Creek Storage for assistance.
For safety reasons and per local fire code, Bos Creek Storage units do not have electrical outlets.
The current monthly rate on our 10′ x 10′ units is $40 per month.
The current monthly rate on our 10′ x 15′ units is $55 per month.
The current monthly rate on our 10′ x 20′ units is $70 per month.
The current monthly rate on our 10′ x 30′ units is $95 per month.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent and a one-time set-up fee of $3 apply.
Large motorized equipment (Autos, Cars…) may be stored for an additional fee. Please contact us if you need to store large motorized equipment.

Our units rented are rented on a month-to month basis.
We require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.

We appreciate and expect your monthly storage fee to be paid on time. Please refer to your rental agreement for details regarding late fees. Partial payments are not accepted and payment plans are not available. Late fees cannot be waived once posted. Delinquent accounts may result in denied access to your storage unit.
Notify Bos Creek Storage of your intent to vacate and make sure everything is out of your unit. More details are available in your rental agreement.
Storage insurance isn’t required, but recommended. We suggest you consult with your personal insurance provider if interested.
The amount of coverage needed depends on what you will be storing. Your personal insurance provider may be able to provide options. Your homeowner’s insurance may cover your belongings.
